How’s this for a good news story? Three property owners handed over their keys to Copo on Monday… and by Friday all three properties were filled. 😲
The properties are situated in a development of 14 brand new townhouses in Waiwhetū, Lower Hutt. We were handed the properties on the Monday, and that same night, the beautiful professional photography and superbly-written adverts were up online.
The next few days were spent showing 23 eager groups through the properties. Our pre arranged viewings (with Covid protocols) carried on into the evenings. By Friday night, all three properties had been offered to super tenants, and their bonds and rent were paid into our bank account — that’s a five day turnaround.
The secret is this: high-quality photos and well-detailed descriptions that communicate the benefits of what your property has to offer. Of course, it’s helpful to have a fantastic team to support you — like our talented photographer Al Murray who knows all the right angles, and Copo’s Business Development Manager Tania McCrystall who always has her finger on the pulse.
